NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-003954 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland is the Plaintiff and Darren C. Jones; Felicia R. Jones; Unknown Tenant (Refused Name); and Bank of America, N.A. are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 28, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 6 feet of Lot 5 and all of Lot 6 In Block 3 of College Village according to Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 10 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
