NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-025654, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JOSE CASTELLANOS-VIDAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE CASTELLANOS-VIDAL N/K/A SUNILDA MARQUEZ, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, IN BLOCK 4, OF SHERWOOD HEIGHTS, UNIT NO.3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, AT PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
