NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-009968, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ROBERT J. TESTINO, JR.; JOHN DOE N/K/A RICK MENENDEZ, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 40 FEET OF LOT 386 AND THE NORTH 20 FEET OF LOT 387 BLOCK “R”, PINECREST VILLA ADDITION NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
