NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-020172 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2006RS1, is Plaintiff, and EDWIN SOTO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOT 165 AND ALL OF LOT 166, OF NORTH PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
