RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-015672 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH LOWE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 2, ROSEBURY PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 75, public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
