NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1 , 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-033292, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein , HEATHER LAKES AT BRANDON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and DAVID FENTON is Defendant, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 24th day of May, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21, Block 1, of Heather Lakes Unit XIV, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 32, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with drainage right-of-way as recorded in Official Records Book 6133, Page 1438, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
