NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 18, 2013, in Case No. 2011-CA-009028 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK, is Plaintiff, and KEVIN L. WHITE, SR. A/K/A KEVIN L. WHITE, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 AND THE EAST 60 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 5, AND THE ½ VACATED ALLEY AT THE REAR THEREOF, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
