NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-010273 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JOSE CRUZ A/K/A JOSE A. CRUZ, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ALEJANDRO COLON, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 85 FEET OF THE WEST 223.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/4 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
