NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 21, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 29-2012-CA-005039 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and ENRIQUE FERNANDEZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ENRIQUE FERNANDEZ, SR. A/K/A ENRIQUE FERNANDEZ N/K/A MARIA FERNANDEZ; GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JAFNA GARCIA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
