CONDOMINIUM UNIT D IN BUILDING NO.65 IN WHISPERING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON JANUARY 31, 2006; IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16059, PAGE 659; OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 2523 CEDAR CYPRESS COURT, 201, TAMPA, FL 33618; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on May 13, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
