BOOK 3639, PAGE(S) 1674, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 3649, PAGE 381, AND BEING FURTHER AMENDED BY O.R. BOOK 4997, PAGE 1371, AND BEING FURTHER AMENDED BY O.R. WHITEHALL COURT# 103, TAMPA, FL 33604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on May 15, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
