Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 6 ALAFIA ESTATES UNIT A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 14 RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1974 STAT DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME, SERIAL NUMBER: 11469322 & 11469323.
Commonly known as: 4007 Alafia Blvd., Brandon, Florida 33511.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash by electronic sale at 10:00 a.m. on April 29, 2013, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
