NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-15536 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Duong Binh Tran; Sanh Tran; Diamond Hill Single Family Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Diamond Hill Master Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; and Lakepalm SC Company are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 6, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 337, DIAMOND HILL PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
