Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
A leasehold estate created by that certain Memorandum of Proprietary Lease dated June 8, 2008, by and between Magnolia Manor Home Owners Association, Inc., a Florida corporation and Patricia Mae Hamilton, recorded July 14, 2008 in Official Records Book 16316, Page 610, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and pertaining to the following described property:
Lot No. 16, Magnolia Manor Mobile Home Park, a cooperative located on the following described lands:
The North 3/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 Less the East 30 feet for the street. Also the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 Less the East 396 feet, all being in Section 6, Township 31 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH 1987 Redman Mobile Home bearing Identification Number 13006086A and 13006086B.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on April 30, 2013. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
