Kapsolias, Island in the Sun Co-Op, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
