NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 20, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-008932 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of May, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
The North 24.58 Feet of Lot 19, THE VILLAS OF FOREST LAKES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 84, Pages 36 through 39, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
