NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-4012-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff and Sarah Creaser and Long Bayou Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 7th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit # 23, Building 8, Long Bayou Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 24, Pages 52 through 64, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R Book 4522, Page 1451, et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided in interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
