NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 20, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2008CA012265XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of May, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 51, Building No. 7, of ST. TROPEZ CONDOMINIUM IV, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 78, Pages 48-50, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5809, Page 935, as amended in O.R. Book 6983, Pages 1436 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
