NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 20, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-11577-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of May, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 202, in Building A, of Rustlewood Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O. R. Book 4665, at Page 132, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, pages 46-51, and amended, in Condominium Plat Book 32, Page 88, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
