ARSOV A/K/A JULIE ARSOV; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR STATE FARM BANK FSB; PIPERS GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BAY PINES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
