NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 27, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006577 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein RESURGENT CAPITAL SERVICES, LP1 1Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and JAMES NEWMAN A/K/A JAMES E NEWMAN; PATRICIA GARNER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
