NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment as to Count IV (Equitable Lien) dated March 9, 2013, in Case No. 10-006193-CI -11, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein John Applet, et. al., are the Plaintiffs and ISRA Homes, Inc., a Florida corporation, et. al., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 13th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment as to Count IV (Equitable Lien) dated March 9, 2013:
Lot 347 and 349, Block E, MAP OF WEST OAKLAND, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book OH5, Page 16, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly part.
Property Address: 5139 Tangerine Avenue, Gulfport, FL 33707.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
