NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 5, 2012 and an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-004770 in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP2005RS1 was the Plaintiff and MICHAEL V. SOLOMON; ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 22nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 21, BLOCK “A”, PATRICIAN POINT UNIT 2, TRACT B REPLAT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 89 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
