NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-10501 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Armando E. Mollinedo, Lourdes M. Mollinedo, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Impac Funding Corporation dba Impac Lending Group, Tenant #1 n/k/a Reinier Rojas, Tenant #2 n/k/a Aliela Gomez, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 1st day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
