NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-002614 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PHH Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Timothy Plotts a/k/a Timothy A. Plotts, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Coldwell Banker Home Loans, Winding Wood Condominium IX Association, Inc., Winding Wood Recreation Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 14th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 117-A, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, OF WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM IX, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4865, PAGE 1287, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 113 THROUGH 117, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
