NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-010972 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as trustee for the holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF2, is the Plaintiff and Greata C. Wells a/k/a Greta C. Scheid-Wells, George A. Wells, Tenant #1 n/k/a Zora Wells, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
