NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Non Jury Trial of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 11-010981-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, Ken Burke Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 24th day of April, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 2, STREMMA PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
