NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-011202 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 3rd day of May, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1009, BUILDING 10, OF VIA VERDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15424, AT PAGE 2113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
