NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-008597 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by purchase from the FDIC, as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Ronald W. Rogers a/k/a Ronald Rogers a/k/a R. W. Rogers and Susan L. Rogers a/k/a Susan Rogers, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 10-E, THE CRESCENT BEACH CLUB TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 61 THROUGH 67, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7107, PAGE 1872, ET. SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
