NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No 12 001292 CI 20 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COMMODORE BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., etc., is the Plaintiff, and DIANA LYNN COLVIN, et al., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on May 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale
