Murphy are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 1913, BUILDING 19, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO, COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4913, PAGE 1436, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND FILED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 88-105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
