NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
Lot 116 SUNSET REEF, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 103, Page 45, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, electronically online at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 5, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
