In accordance with Florida Statutes § 45.031, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure signed by the Court on or about APRIL 4, 2013 and entered in the above-styled matter in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, that on MAY 7, 2013, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following Property consisting of the subject real property with the following Legal Description as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 11, LESS the East 5 feet, Blcok 31, C.W. JOHNSON'S RESUBDIVISION OF THE SOUTH 473 feet OF WEST GREEN-SPRINGS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 57, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and including the tangible personal property and any improvements to the real property with the foregoing Legal Description, which tangible personal property is further described in the Mortgage and Commercial Security Agreement attached to the pleadings in this case and which were declared to be part of the aforementioned real property encumbered thereby (collectively the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
