NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in this case in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the real property described as:

HELLER'S SUBDIVISION as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 19 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, further described as follows: Start at the Northeast corner of Lot 8 of the aforementioned plat and go South 00º17'06” West along the East line of said Lot 8, said line also being the East line of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, a distance of 589.55 feet; thence run North 88º31'31” West, 294.18 feet; thence run North 00º17'59” East, 135.12 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run North 89º42'01” West, 70.00 feet; thence run North 00º17'59” East, 27.17 feet; thence run South 89º42'01” East, 70.00 feet; thence run South 00º17'59” West, 27.17 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
