NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 06006189CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS F/K/A BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and PATRICE M. MUSKATEVC, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, WESTLAKE VILLAGE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE, BRENDA EPPS and JAN C. MUSKATEVC IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st day of May, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 17, WESTLAKE VILLAGE REPLAT TRACTS 5 & 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
