NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-038988-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. OWB REO, LLC is Plaintiff and DONNA JO DEVENDORF A/K/A DONNA J. THOMAS; STEPHEN R. THOMAS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PARK AVENUE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF WINTER GARDEN, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 2nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 89, OF PARK AVENUE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 36 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
