NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009709, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR19, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR19 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and HOOVER DALEY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HOOVER DALEY; LAVERN ROBERTSON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAVERN ROBERTSON; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A KARIN LOPEZ; TENANT #3; TENANT #4; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; STONE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 9th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 21, STONE CREEK UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 124 AND 125 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
