NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-033154-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee By Residential Funding Company, LLC FKA Attorney in Fact 2007-RS1 , is the Plaintiff and Laurence Albrecht; National City Bank; John Doe 1, n/k/a Andrew Meritt; Jane Doe 1, n/k/a Eleanor Lalone; Jane Doe 2, n/k/a Mary Barregt; John Doe 3, n/k/a Dan Kavalchick; Jane Doe 3, n/k/a Sharon Mandy Kavalchick; John Doe 4, n/k/a Virgillo Alcandara; and National City Bank, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on April 30, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNDER OF LOT 6, BLOCK 10, FAIRVIEW SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK K, PAGE 3, THENCE SOUTH 13 DEGREES 0 MINUTES 0 SECONDS EAST 187.35 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 13 DEGREES 0 MINUTES 0 SECONDS EAST 81.42 FEET THENCE NORTH 77 DEGREES 0 MINUTES 0 SECONDS EAST 106.78 FEET THENCE NORTH 66.46 FEET THENCE SOUTH 85 DEGREES 0 MINUTES 0 SECONDS WEST 123.89 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
