NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 2, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2008-CA-021180-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-D, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES11, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS J. TSANADIS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS J. TSANADIS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC; CARRIAGE HOMES AT STONEBRIDGE COMMONS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/07/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 108, BUILDING 27, PHASE 16, CARRIAGE HOMES AT STONEBRIDGE COMMONS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL IT ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 7840, PAGE 910, AS AMENDED BY SIXTEENTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8306, PAGE 874, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
