Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 8, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
unit 1202, building 12, phase iv, of centre court condominium iii, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 4091, page 3035, public records of orange county, florida, and any amendments appurtenant thereto. together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and commonly known as: 2948 s semoran blvd apt 1202, orlando, fl 32822; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on June 3, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
