Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 8, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
unit 1301, building 13, the coach homes at dover village, a condominium, phase 13, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 4235, page 2163, and as amended, of the public records of orange county, florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
and commonly known as: 5300 dover village lane apt 1, orlando, fl 32812; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on June 3, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
