Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 8, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
condominium unit 110, sienna place condominium, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official record book 8481, page 1959 et seq., of the public records of orange county, florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, as amended from time to time.
and commonly known as: 4868 conway road s, orlando, fl 32812; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on May 14th, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
