NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 7, 2013 in Civil Case No. 48-2012-CA-012158-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE R. BUTLER; DONNIE BUTLER, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; RICHMOND ESTATES NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A MARTHA HICKS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A TIMOTHY HICKS; are the defendants. the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of May, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 105, RICHMOND ESTATES, UNIT THREE, according to Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3 Pages 97 and 98, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
