NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 28, 2013 in the above-styled cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on May 2, 2013, the following property described below, situated in Orange County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure::

LOT 9, WEKIVA WALK ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 37 AND 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
