NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting foreclosure Sale dated March 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-016711-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 6th day of May, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 204, BUILDING 2, OF SERENATA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8176, AT PAGE 1877, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
