NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 4, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2009-CA-021625 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and ROSEMARY C. PABON A/K/A ROSEMARY PABON; SUMMERGATE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/09/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 5307, PHASE 5, OF SUMMERGATE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5923, PAGE 662, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
