NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-034727-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Jason Cross; Unknown Spouse Of Jason Cross; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; RBC Centura Bank D/B/A RBC Bank; Capital First Management, LLC, As Trustee Under 1812 Bonneville Land Trust Dated July 26, 2007; The Unknown Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, And All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By, Through, Under Or Against The 1812 Bonneville Drive Land Trust Dated 07/26/2007 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 24th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, AND THE SOUTH 4 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK 105, LESS THE WEST 50 FEET THEREOF, PALM LAKES ESTATES FIFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
