NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
all that certain land situate in orange county, state of florida, viz: lot 9, block 54, rocket city unit 4 n.k.a cape orlando estates unit 4, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in play book z, pages 74 thought 81, inclusive, public records of orange county, florida. subject to restrictions, reservations, easements, covenants, oil, gas, or mineral rights of record, if any.
Commonly known as: 2536 Abalone Blvd. Orlando, Florida 32833, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash by electronic sale beginning at http://www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. (EST), on the 28th day of May, 2013.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
