NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:

Begin at a point 105 feet East of the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 23, Township 22 South, Range 29 East; thence South 135.42 feet; thence South 21º00'00” West 41.55 feet; thence South 75.98 feet; thence South 43º00'00” East 54.47 feet; thence South 4º00'00” East 260.17 feet; thence South to a point on the South line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 which is 147 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof; return to the Point of the Beginning and run East 105 feet; thence South 6º00'00” East to the South line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence West along said South line to intersect the previous course.
Subject to an easement over the West 15 feet for ingress and egress.
Commonly known as: 400 Lakeview Street, Orlando, Florida 32804, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash by electronic sale beginning at http://www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. (EST), on the 16th day of May, 2013.
