Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-008364-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP. is the Plaintiff, and VERA HARRIPERSAD, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 9, BLOCK L, ORLO VISTA TERRACE ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK N, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 9TH day of May, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
